We had an incredible experience during our stay here. The hosts were so attentive and made us feel right at home. The location of this place is perfect, conveniently near Madrid and the highway. We loved the peaceful and secluded atmosphere, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable and large bed. The bathroom was modern and clean. The service exceeded our expectations, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. We were also impressed with the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance provided. The hotel amenities were exceptional, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a plus, as well as the soundproofed rooms, garden furniture, and free toiletries. We even enjoyed watching television on the flat-screen TV in our room. The dining options were excellent, with a fantastic restaurant serving in-room breakfast, as well as a bar/lounge area and outdoor dining area. Packed lunches and special diet menus were also available. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
This place is recommended to everyone.

The bungalow was absolutely mind-blowing, with a jaw-dropping swimming pool. Despite the staff's limited English, they made us feel incredibly welcome and provided helpful information. The tranquil environment, filled with beautiful flowers, was perfect for relaxation. The in-room breakfast was filled with delicious varieties. The spacious and clean bathroom was a bonus. The flexible host, excellent communication, and surprising size of the location made our stay even better. The room and bed were spacious and clean, and the Jacuzzi was a perfect retreat. The fabulous breakfast served in-room was a highlight. The mother and daughter team who looked after us were incredible, attending to our every need. Their homemade breakfast and unexpected dinner delivery service were exceptional. Each bungalow had a private plunge pool and TVs in every room. The high-quality furnishings made our stay delightful. The staff's warm welcome and accommodation for our dog were fantastic. And of course, the amazing breakfast left us with a lasting impression.

We stayed in a separate room in a delightful garden setting. This hotel has a lovely view with pine forest surrounding the area. All of the decorations was modern and where in impressive shape. Our bathroom was basic but very clean, with all of the necessities. the staff was friendly and receptive to our request for extra towels. We can say that the breakfast was adequate; however, it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.
The room faltered in its free Wifi usage.

We had a lovely Christmas getaway at this hotel. The cozy fireplace in the casita made it feel like home. We enjoyed the modern and spacious bathroom, with the luxury shower. The breakfast was a real treat, delivered straight to our room. The location was great, a quick drive to the city center and surrounded by magical countryside.
The private pool was closed for the season, which was a shame. we had a good experience, but these were the two negative aspects.
